Turkey….Check!
Bacon……Check!
Pepperjack…..Check!
Guac……Check!
Chipotle Aioli……Check!

Start by cooking your pre-cooked bacon. Yes…you must recook your pre-cooked bacon. No floppy bacon here.

I tend to be a lazy cook when it comes to cleaning a pan I need to use again, so just wipe the bacon grease out with a paper towel and it’s good to go! Cook the paninis for 6-8 minutes per side, until they are golden brown on both sides. Then serve to your hungry teenagers to entice them to show you love.

Chipotle Turkey Panini

- Panini Press
Ingredients
- 18 slices Deli-sliced turkey
- 12 slices Pre-cooked bacon
- 6 tbsp Kraft Chipotle Aioli
- 4 tbsp Guacamole or avacado
- 6 slices Pepperjack Cheese
- 12 slices Sourdough Bread Sliced
Instructions
- Heat a frying pan or panini press to medium-high heat.
- Heat the bacon on the pan or press, we like our bacon, extra crispy, almost burnt.
- Place the sourdough slices in pairs, face up.
- Spread guacamole on one slice and chipotle sauce on the other.
- Stack sliced turkey on one of the slices (I like 3 slices per sandwich).
- Top with a slice of pepperjack cheese.
- Break two slices of bacon and line them up on top of the pepperjack.
- Place the remaining slice of bread on top.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes in a panini press, or 6-8 minutes per side on frying pan.
