Ingredients
1.5lbsground beef
1.5 lbsItalian sausage
1white onionfinely diced
2large eggs
4 garlic cloves
1 tbspitalian seasoning
1tbspparsley
1tspcrushed red pepper
1/2cupbreadcrumbs
salt and pepperto taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (1 7 5 °C). Line a large baking sheet (15"x17") withparchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients. Combine ingredientstogether well, it's easiest to use your hands.
Use your hands to roll the mixture into small balls, about thesize of a golf ball. Place each meatball on the pan.
Place the pan in the oven. Bake for 18- 20 minutes . Allow tocool. Add to marinara sauce and serve over noodles, orfreeze.
